Not so fast food . Park up every time we come. 20 mins for an happy meal is a joke . Thought my car tax was going to run out how long you have to wait. Check your order at the window guys . Trust me on this !wrong every time. Might as well serve myself.These guys are like a chocolate teapot at times . Never an apology for issues that arise. Management need replacing or at least re training . Oh yeah you shouldn’t need to microwave food when just brought . This place is good at one thing . They are constantly crap. The only good thing about it is the way out .

McDonald’s one of my best food but this one is absolutely running by unprofessional staff customer service extremely poor we went there so many times but food is always been cold soggy chips uneatable also sitting area very dirty cleaner walking around the table don’t bother to clean or wipe the table very disappointing when you take your family for meal to have a good food and quality service and you having a disappointment I wouldn’t recommend its better to go Bentley bridge one

Would leave negative stars if I could, since the revamp this place has gone down hill massively, example one: Waited 25 minutes in an empty restaurant for a mcflurry. Example two: Staff will ignore you when your stood at the till waiting to place an order. Three: ordered my food at midnight it's now 10 past 1, food still not here and no update just says we're preparing your oder. Four: EVERY SINGLE time I order a delivery theres always something missing and the food is cold!

Once… give benefit of the doubt Second time….. ok maybe just a coincidence 3rd and 4th time just becomes a joke. Every time we order from here, drive through or Uber they mess the order up. Do not leave the place unless you have checked your order. If you Ubereats it we’ll be prepared to not be receiving what you ordered and when you call they say tell ubereats. NO you packed the food not ubereats.

The manager here is disgustingly disrespectful. She has clearly had no customer service training or decided not to use it if she has. The way she speaks and treats people is unreal considering she works for such a big franchise. How she gets away with this I do not know. I thought it was just me but reading to review it’s clear many people feel the same. Not to pick on a person’s appearance but more so to draw attention to who she is . She’s a large women that could be anywhere from 30- 50 that speaks in a strong regional accent and wears a red scarf under her chin. Terrible. I will not be returning.

Had to wait approx 20 minutes for the table service. Nobody at the serving desk and had to ask cleaner for things. Seems that takeaway delivery drivers are priority. Felt uncomfortable with a group of teenagers up the corner and not buying anything. They just sit there playing music and talking loud. Seems to be all McDonald’s in my area though and it’s quite intimidating when you’re there with your children.

Have used the take out service 3 times now and on each occasion, I have been unable to receive a receipt for my food. Not only is this very frustrating I find it really odd that a business cannot apparently print me out a copy of my food receipt. Each time it has happened it has been as a result of the self-service take out portals not being loaded with receipt rolls and when the order is finalised nothing gets printed out. I have on each occasion gone over to the till and asked for a copy of my receipt and on each occasion I have been given all the excuses in the world as to why I cannot have a receipt. The last occasion it happened was 6th February at 8am, I ordered food and yet again no receipt was printed out! I approached the till and waited for some help, asking for a copy of my food receipt. I showed them the monetary transaction from my phone as I had paid by apple pay so I could prove I had just placed an order however the female manager told me there was no provision for them to reprint receipts and I was offered a receipt from a customer who had left theirs at the till! I find this practice absolutely ridiculous but also suspicious too as I have never known a business not have the function to reprint a receipt for a customer. I simply cannot believe there is no function to reprint a receipt for a customer that has just placed a food order it is ridiculous. to add insult to it on each occasion no napkins were available either. The instore service is shoddy by some margin and someone isn't doing the basics right. I have no doubt I will not be the only one this is frustrating but I may be the only one who would raise it as a concern.

They short you anyway they can. Tonight they put only one cheese on a quarter pounder burger. Last week I had a bacon flatbread to find it had ONE scraggly bit of bacon in it. Couple of weeks back there was literally one bit of onion on my burger. They can’t be that stupid. They either do it in purpose or they are told to hold back on what you pay for to maximise profit. The front staff always seem nice and friendly but whoever’s putting the food together needs relegating to the pound bakery. I’d rather drive the extra and go to Walsall. As if the foods not standard enough as it is !! Robbing bit of bacon and cheese!!! Nahhh

Waited in a car parking bay for 30 minutes yesterday, we eventually went in for our food only to find it was sat on the counter forgotten about. Everything was cold, so we asked for fresh food and this time the chips were barely cooked! Seems like they’re concentrating on Uber eats orders before their actual in store customers
